ABOUT JULIE NEILSON
After graduating from Dundee University, I joined BBC Television in London in 1987 and worked my way up the ranks on a diverse range of programmes from Children's Programmes' "Going Live" to Community Programmes' "Video Diaries" and quite a few in between.
I was lucky enough to work with people from all walks of life, covering an immense range of topics from child abduction to recycling. I've also travelled to quite a few interesting countries and places - there was never a dull moment! I was able to work with, and learn from, some of the best professionals in the business and for that I will always be grateful!
Now, with a family, those days of galivanting about the globe have ended but my love of creativity and producing informative, entertaining and insightful content continues.
JULIE NEILSON MEDIA was established in Edinburgh to help businesses and charities raise their profiles and showcase their work by using ViDEO.
